Leadership in the age of information, whether political, military, or commercial, requires knowledge of the critical issues involving cyber security and its risks. Many current leaders are "digital immigrants" who lack an understanding of threat, vulnerability, and consequences of a cyber attack. This presentation will provide an overview of senior management issues in terms of policy, governance and strategy implementation, including a discussion of determining the value of a risk management approach and return on security investments.
