What is FOSE?
FOSE is an educational conference and trade show that addresses the business of government by providing tools, methods and systems for enhancing existing services and implementing new programs across the federal technology landscape. FOSE also fosters interagency, intergovernmental and public-private collaboration and participation in key initiatives through a portfolio of activities and special features. These include keynote presentations, an interactive Exhibit Hall featuring free educational solution sessions, the App Arcade app demos, plus a 3-day for fee conference program providing professional development, technical “how to’s” and agency case studies presented by leaders from federal government and private industry.

Are children allowed to attend?
Nobody under the age of 18 is allowed inside the exhibit hall or in the conference sessions at any time during set-up, the event or tear-down. FOSE 2013 does not provide childcare.
Is photography allowed in the Exhibit Hall?
Due to the sensitive nature of products and unique booth displays at the Show, photography and/or video recording of any booths by any attendee/exhibitor personnel is prohibited. Exceptions are made only when permission is obtained from the exhibitor whose booth/product is being photographed/videotaped and from all individuals appearing in the photograph or video.

Is there a discount for Group Full Conference Registrations?
Group registration discounts are available for groups of 2 or more online. You may register directly through the online registration system here. Click on “ADD ANOTHER REGISTRANT” for the Full Conference, or 1-Day Conference Group rate. You must add at least one additional registrant. After you have completed all registrations in your Group, the Group rate will appear for each registrant. The first person entered for your group will receive a summary confirmation.
How long after I register should I expect to receive a confirmation?
You should receive a confirmation within 24 hours of completing your registration. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail please call (888) 425-1980 between the hours of 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM EST.
How do I verify my registration?
To verify your registration status, please call (888) 425-1980 between the hours of 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM EST. As long as you have received an email confirmation, your status has been confirmed.
How do I make changes to my registration information prior to FOSE 2013?
You may update your contact information, package or session selections via the online registration system by logging in with your email address and password created during the registration process here.
How do I retrieve my password if I have forgotten it?
Follow the “Forgot Password” prompt under the Already Registered section on the registration page.
What is the registration cancellation policy for the FOSE 2013?
Completed registrations may not be cancelled online. The refund/cancellation request must be submitted in writing via email, direct mail or fax. Refunds will not be issued for expo only registrations. A full refund less a $50 processing fee will be issued for Conference registration cancellations if written notice is postmarked/faxed by April 12, 2013. No, there are no special rates on airfare or car rental rates for FOSE attendees.
Where can I park at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center?
We have identified over 3,000 parking spaces in a three block radius of the facility. These spaces are available on a first come, first serve basis. We encourage exhibitors and attendees to use the public parking facilities, so that it does not impact the limited residential parking. There are also approximately 100 metered parking spaces within close proximity to the facility.
