Accessing Exhibitor Services

Thank you for exhibiting at FOSE 2010.

You can now access your company’s Web and Show Directory Listing, the Exhibitor Service Manual and Exhibitor Registration using one login.

By using the link below, a new page will open and there will be a list of companies. Simply highlight your company name and enter your password. All the services will be available.

The initial Password was emailed to your company’s primary contact. If the primary contact did not receive this email, contact your Account Executive.

The first time you log in, you’ll be prompted to change your Password. You are required to change your Password before proceeding with your listing. If you “Forget your Password”, instructions are available on how to retrieve it.

Marketing Services, Boothmanship and Exhibitor Marketing, and Logos are available without logging in. Just go to the Marketing Services section of Exhibitors Only for details.

Creating Your Web and Show Directory Listings:

Every exhibitor receives a Standard Listing. This includes:

Company Name

Address

Twitter Address

Phone and Email

Company Profile (max: 75 Words)

Product Categories (Unlimited)

New Products/Services

GSA Contract Number

Veteran Owned

Once you login, completing your online listing is easy to understand. To assist you, we have created these simple instructions which also contains details on what you information and files you will need to complete your listing.

 Creating Your Listing on FOSE

You can login at anytime to change or update your listing. We will notify you when the Show Directory is closing to allow you to modify your listing prior to publication in the Show Directory.

As you enter your information, you’ll find that your company name and booth number is not editable. If you wish to change your company name, contact your Account Executive.

You can also upgrade your web listing to include your logo, a listing of your presentations or events, a discount coupon, white papers, brochures or case studies. For details, contact your Account Executive.
