Dear FOSE Exhibitors,
ConnellyWorks, Inc. is once again supporting the public relations component of FOSE 2012, and we are here to work with you to make your experience positive. As an exhibitor of FOSE 2012, you have a number of public relations opportunities available to you, at the most comprehensive event for government information technology (IT) professionals.
Some of the top technology journalists will be attending FOSE and public relations campaigns can help create awareness of your company and its products/services tailored for the government market. We will be providing updates in the exhibitor newsletter leading up to the show, but here are a few opportunities to consider:
Press Releases
FOSE will post your release on its website as a courtesy. Please forward your release in PDF format to fose@connellyworks.com.
Pre-Registered Press List
As an exhibitor, you are entitled to receive a copy of the pre-registered press list. You may contact us at fose@connellyworks.com to request a copy of the pre-registered press list, beginning about four weeks prior to the kick-off of FOSE 2012.
Media Kits
Media Kits can be a hard-copy printed document/brochure, information on a CD or USB-drive, and should include related materials you feel may be of interest to a reporter, including press releases, product marketing pieces, company backgrounders and the like. You may drop off copies of your Media Kit to the FOSE Press Room at any point during open hours.
Publicity Request Form
Would you like to share interesting information about your booth or product to the media? Often times, reporters contact us for ideas on interesting happenings taking place on the FOSE show floor – specifically new product launches and demonstrations. We request that you keep us informed of newsworthy announcements from your company leading up to and during FOSE. By completing the Publicity Request Form, you’ll be giving us essential information for marketing FOSE and your exhibit to the media. We want to be able to share as much information with the media as possible, although we cannot guarantee the media will feature your product or service.
